Accountant

• Preparation of monthly project invoices and share them with respective clients through operations manager before the given deadlines.
• Provide financial information to management for decision making purposes.
• Preparation and maintenance of debtor reports accurately and maintain outstanding records up to date and follow up.
• Maintain accurate invoicing details and manual invoice details records.
• Prepare and maintain records relating to payroll, ETF, EPF, PAYE and other statutory payments.
• Sound knowledge of payroll related information (EPF/ ETF/ PAYE etc.)
• Manage employee welfare by coordinating with the HR department.
• Maintain a register for payments made without invoices and make arrangements to collect related invoices.
• Prepare the company P&L report, annual budget.
• Other tasks required to be done by the management as and when required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting field in a software development company is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or Commerce from a recognised university or professional qualification from a recognised body of Accounts (ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
• Age below 30.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and principles including costing, budgeting, forecasting and ability to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools and emails.
• Strong communication: confident speaker, active listener.
• Ability to operate independently with good interpersonal skills.
